Store policy
1. Wabi-Style.ch is not a regular store but a private collection offering ceramic vessels and other goods related to Japan by the Internet. The store is open 7 days a week but orders are processed from 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays.
2. Wabi-Style.ch is managed by: Agnes Kawałkowska, Leimenmätteliweg 10, 4402 Frenkendorf, Switzerland.
3. All prices are quated in CHF and do not include VAT. Wabi-Style.ch is not liable for VAT and therefore the net price = gross price. The price of each product is valid at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to change prices of goods on offer, introduce new products to the offer for sale, cancel or special offers.
4. Initial shipping costs are added to each order. Delivery of goods shall be selected by the customer and specified in the order.
Initial shipping costs quoted when placing an order are estimated costs which need to be confirmed by the Store for every order placed. We treat all orders individually.
5. Orders placed by the Customers are confirmed by the Store.
6. Wabi-Style.ch reserves the right to verify every order. In case of no contact to verify the order, Store reserves the right to suspend order processing.
7. In case of no confirmation is received from the Store within two working days, please contact us via email: agnes@wabi-style.ch.
8. Orders are processed within 3 working days after order confirmation. Customers will be immediately informed thereof.
9. Orders will be processed if following data is provided: sender's phone number and email address, recipient's address and phone number. In the case any of the above data is missing, Store reserves the right not to send the goods.

11. It's possible to collect an order in person, by prior arrangement with the owner.
